The studios and apartments at City Lofthotel Saint-Etienne are like cozy little homes away from home. You'll feel right at ease with the air conditioning and private bathroom and kitchenette. It's perfect for someone like me who likes having my own space while traveling.

Some might find the kitchenette a bit small for their liking, but I still found it to be functional and convenient.

The bathroom facilities were excellent with a heated towel. The room had everything necessary to make our stay very comfortable. Maxcence and staff were excellent.

Parking. The local car park was very hard to get in and out of but only 5O metres away. This has nothing to do with the hotel but unless you have a tiny car consider another option for parking.

The Apartment was big, very comfortable and well equipped. The personnel was kind and accommodating. There is a small street around the corner with good restaurants were you can have a nice dinner and relax.

If you are a light sleeper, request a room facing the back or the interior of the building. Some noise ca be heard during the bight from the street.

cleanliness: rooms are clean and modern - with great facilities. location: right in the center of town with shops and cafes nearby. local insights: tramline right in front of the hotel - making it easy to get around. service: excellent staff - always polite and helpful.

I don't think your policy on cleaning rooms is right. For someone who stays more than 3-4 nights, surely you could do the menage every 2-3 days instead of every day (rather than once a week only)?

I appreciated the provision of a caddy to transport the luggage to the room

We stayed at City Lofthotel and had a wonderful experience. The apartment was spotlessly clean and well-designed, with a fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom was lovely and warm, with a heated towel rail. The location was perfect, right in the center of the city, and there was a good supermarket just a short walk away. The tram to the station stopped right outside the hotel, making it easy to get around. we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

i did not see the city arrived at night and left next morning but what i did see is that a nice city i shall return too. the hotel was exellent.

liked it very much it is a very nice hotel. missing were only slipers.

Our one-bed apartment room size, layout and facilities were fantastic. Every detail has been thought of to make staying there such a pleasure. Staff super helpful and friendly. Location in the city was perfect. Secured locker baggage storage available on check-out day. Bed very comfortable. Dog friendly.

No on-site parking was a bit of a pain - but public carpark was only 2 mins away (5.80euro 24hrs).

During our romantic escape, we were pleasantly surprised by the hotel. Its location in the heart of the historical city center was ideal for exploring. The size of the rooms was one of the best aspects, with a comfortable and spacious feel. We appreciated the well-equipped kitchen and the option to do laundry on site, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

The noise level was quite high, especially due to the street noise and the nearby tram. This was a bit of a drawback during our stay.

Great location, near city center and tram station. Spacious and pleasant rooms. Well-equipped kitchenette with fresh utensils. Comfortable furniture and helpful staff. a very comfortable stay. We give five stars.

The apartments were equipped with all the necessary amenities; we could make our own breakfast and meals as per our preference. The mini-supermarkets and fruit and veg shops are nearby, which were very convenient for us. Also, we enjoyed the location as it was central, and many restaurants were easily accessible.

Our room faced the main street, and the noise from the trams disturbed our sleep both late at night and early in the morning. Also, we found that the heating in the room was not powerful enough to keep us warm during this time of year. Furthermore, we were disappointed to learn that we had to pay for WIFI and couldn't stream any videos.

We had a great stay in the heart of this city. The room was clean and modern, with nice bathroom and kitchen facilities. The location was perfect, within walking distance to shops, cafes, and restaurants. Additionally, we appreciated the English-speaking receptionist and the secure parking nearby.
